Start at the front desk

The ground floor has the reception and office. The front desk opens at 9 am, and 24×7 security and CCTV cover the building around the clock.

Rooms, kitchen and a foosball table

Furnished rooms open off a bright corridor. Sharing rooms have a common kitchen, each bathroom has a geyser, and the recreation area has a foosball table for the evenings.

Then go all the way up

The terrace is on top. It looks out over the trees, and it is the best place to be when the sun goes down.

What it costs

Annual figures are the monthly rate for 12 months. Electricity, Wi-Fi, RO drinking water and 24×7 security come with every option.

Single sharing

₹15,000

a month. ₹1,80,000 for the year.

A furnished room to yourself. Cleaning, RO water and the common kitchen are included.

each, a month. The room is ₹20,000, or ₹2,40,000 for the year.

Share a furnished room with one other student. Same inclusions as a single room.

₹50,000

a month, for four students. ₹6,00,000 for the year, or ₹12,500 each a month.

A whole flat with its own living area and kitchen. Cleaning, electricity, Wi-Fi, water, RO drinking water and 24×7 security are included. Tiffin is optional at ₹50,000 a year per student and is not part of the rent.

Is there a curfew?

No. The residency has no timing restrictions, and 24×7 security and CCTV cover the building.

Is food included?

No. Tiffin service is optional at ₹50,000 a year and is not part of the rent.

What does the rent cover?

Electricity, Wi-Fi, cleaning, RO drinking water and 24×7 security are included in every option. Single and double sharing also include the common kitchen. The flat has its own kitchen and living area.

Can four friends take one place?

Yes. The 2BHK flat is for four students at ₹50,000 a month, which is ₹12,500 each if you split it evenly.

Is there a lift?

Yes. The building has an elevator, and the terrace is on top.
